About me

Breesha Partington is a Cardiff-based maker and a 2024 graduate of Cardiff Metropolitan University, where she completed a BA (Hons) in Artist Designer: Maker with First Class Honours. Her practice brings together digital techniques like laser cutting and CNC with more traditional processes such as wood turning, marquetry, and screen-printing.

Best known for her laser-cut vessels made from plywood and acrylic, designed mainly for dried flowers. Each one is hand-assembled, combining clean lines with bold colours, and sometimes detailed with veneer faces or graphic marquetry. Alongside her vessels, Breesha also creates wall pieces using offcuts and by-products from the making process.

With a focus on sustainability and simple, thoughtful design, her work aims to balance precision with the warmth of craft. She has exhibited at events including Craft in the Bay, New Designers, Bovey Tracey Craft Festival, and the Great Northern Contemporary Craft Fair.
